MARTINA GOGIĆ
Chief Reasearch and Development Officer
Martina graduated in Biotechnology at the Faculty of Food Technology and Biotechnology in Zagreb. She spent more than 10 years in Zvijezda, one of the leading Croatian food companies, where she worked as a technologist in production and development and led the development and research department. At NUTRIS.tech™, Martina is the Chief Research and Development Officer and leads an agile and dynamic team that creates products that make up the future of nutrition. Outside office, she enjoys contemporary dancing, yoga, traveling, and hiking.
"My job is very exciting, as my role includes both quality control, and research and development. I look at it as a yin–yang position. Part of my job is to be strict and make sure the product is marketed in accordance with the highest quality standards, while second part requires thinking outside the box and designing and experimenting with final products that could include our product."

IVAN BALAŠKO
Head of procurement and logistics at NUTRIS.tech™
Ivan has a master’s degree in economics from the Faculty of Economics in Osijek and began his career in the agronomic sector as an administrative officer. At NUTRIS.farm ™ he work as a logistics specialist in charge of logistics, distribution, sales, procurement, and commercial.
He loves teamwork and communication with individuals, customers, suppliers, and carriers. Over the course of 5 years of his career, he has perfected organizational and managerial skills and has a sense of organization, division of labor and optimization of work performance. He is an experienced team leader and often deals with business negotiations, crisis management, analytics, internal audit, processing a large amount of data and other administrative requirements.
Ivan enjoys challenges and loves to work in a dynamic environment of the agri-tech sector.
" I’ve chosen to work at NUTRIS primarily because of the NUTRIS group project and the values that NUTRIS represents. " My average workday starts with a short meeting with the Site Director first thing in the morning since we work closely together. Procurement, sales, and logistics are in my domain, so for now I spend most of my working days in talks and agreements with potential suppliers to make sure that the factory is ready to welcome the opening and start of work. If we specify a little, it refers to the procurement of chemicals in production, bags for packaging the final product, the organization of various transports, the implementation of processes and standards within the Processes and standards department, as well as many other activities. I would rate my work as very exciting and, as we at NUTRIS like to say, nutristican, given that I have the honor and opportunity to work on the development of an unique factory and unique processes globally. "
" We at NUTRIS are changing the future of agriculture and nutrition from scratch. We are developing the production of fava beans, which so far have almost never been on the agricultural map of Croatia. At the same time, we use that same fava beans in the production of protein for the food industry, i.e. plant based products, and in this way we have moved away from traditional agriculture and traditional processes and are changing the future of agriculture and food not only in Croatia but also in all over the world. Angela Božić
Food quality control assistant
Angela completed her undergraduate studies in Food Technology and graduated in Food Safety Management at the Faculty of Food Technology and Biotechnology in Zagreb. She is the winner of the Rector’s Award 2020/2021 for individual scientific work on the topic Functional properties of plant proteins and the aspect of sustainable application.
She additionally gained practical knowledge by volunteering in the Laboratory for Chemical Analysis of Food at the Institute of Public Health Dr Andrija Štampar and in the Laboratory for Sustainable Development at the Faculty of Food Technology and Biotechnology. She also improved her expertise by attending numerous professional conferences in Croatia. Angela is Assistant for food quality control in NUTRIS.tech™.
