" The production of plant-based products occupies significantly fewer natural resources compared to "conventional" production, so increasing its share is a significant step in preserving the planet. "

" I’ve chosen to work at NUTRIS primarily because of the NUTRIS group project and the values that NUTRIS represents. Innovation, the possibility of participating in the development and implementation of processes in the factory that will supply protein and starch to the food industry around the world, participation in developing a completely new production in Croatia, developing a completely new market segment, not only in Croatia but globally, in a company that will be, or already is, a leader in the fast-growing market of plant-based products, working with inspiring and professional visionary colleagues, this is what attracted me and why I chose to work at NUTRIS. "
" My average workday starts with a short meeting with the Site Director first thing in the morning since we work closely together. Procurement, sales, and logistics are in my domain, so for now I spend most of my working days in talks and agreements with potential suppliers to make sure that the factory is ready to welcome the opening and start of work. If we specify a little, it refers to the procurement of chemicals in production, bags for packaging the final product, the organization of various transports, the implementation of processes and standards within the Processes and standards department, as well as many other activities. I would rate my work as very exciting and, as we at NUTRIS like to say, nutristican, given that I have the honor and opportunity to work on the development of an unique factory and unique processes globally. "
" We at NUTRIS are changing the future of agriculture and nutrition from scratch. We are developing the production of fava beans, which so far have almost never been on the agricultural map of Croatia. At the same time, we use that same fava beans in the production of protein for the food industry, i.e. plant based products, and in this way we have moved away from traditional agriculture and traditional processes and are changing the future of agriculture and food not only in Croatia but also in all over the world.
