Welcome to the first fava bean isolate production plant in Europe!
The factory, specialized in producing high-quality plant ingredients for the food industry, uses a revolutionary, patented technology developed in collaboration with the University of Copenhagen and Bioptimate. This ensures the preservation of the plant’s natural structure with minimal use of chemicals, water, and energy. These advanced processes enable an annual capacity of 45,000 tons, including 15,000 tons of protein, 14,000 tons of starch, and 3,600 tons of fiber.
Products from our factory set new standards in healthy and sustainable nutrition, as the proteins, starch, and fibers derived from fava beans are used in a wide range of plant-based products, from pasta and sauces to sports nutrition and functional foods.

Fava bean, grown on the ecologically clean fields of Croatia, represents the plant of the future with immense potential on an individual, economic, and global level. As a source of high-quality plant-based proteins, it contributes to healthy nutrition and a more sustainable agricultural ecosystem.
For farmers, fava beans offer many benefits: they do not require the use of mineral fertilizer N46, improve soil quality by fixing nitrogen, are well-suited for crop rotation, and reduce the need for pesticides. By 2035, significant growth in demand for plant-based products is expected, and this “smart seed” is becoming a key factor in sustainable development and the fight against climate change.

Fava bean is an exceptional plant-based protein source that offers a sustainable alternative to soy and peas. It provides many benefits, including a reduction in greenhouse gas emissions by more than 90% compared to animal proteins, improves soil fertility, and promotes regeneration. Due to its nutritional properties, it has a wide range of uses in plant-based food products, milk and meat alternatives, and sports supplements.
